Yes, extending your rental is easy. Just get in touch with us before your rental period ends, and we'll arrange an extension based on availability.

We offer a full refund of rental deposits until 48 from the start of the rental term. If you cancel less than 48 hours from the start of the rental term your deposit is not eligible for refund. If you cancel or cut short your rental for any reason other than equipment defect after the term has already begun, we reserve the right to retain the entire amount paid on the rental agreement.

Yes, all of our models can be used outside.

If you only need a rental for a couple months, renting is probably the best option not only because it is affordable, but because you won't have a device that you no longer need in the end. 

The short answer is, NONE. Leave the assembly to us. Just come in and pick up your device.

We rent throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut and typically deliver within 20 miles of our North Kingstown location. We may also be able to deliver to locations more than 20 miles away for an additional fee. Our team will ensure that everything is set up properly and that you're comfortable using the equipment before they leave. If you need help finding a walker or rollator for rent in another state, we may be able to help find a local dealer for you.
