We require a credit card to be kept on file in order to lock in your rental. This will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes, we provide delivery services for all our rental equipment. Delivery fees apply outside of our 20 mile radius.

Yes, extending your rental is easy. Just get in touch with us before your rental period ends, and we'll arrange an extension based on availability.

We offer a full refund of rental deposits until 48 from the start of the rental term. If you cancel less than 48 hours from the start of the rental term your deposit is not eligible for refund. If you cancel or cut short your rental for any reason other than equipment defect after the term has already begun, we reserve the right to retain the entire amount paid on the rental agreement.

Yes we do! If you decide you want to own the scooter after your rental period ends, 75% of the rental cost will go toward the purchase price.

You can certainly rent a scooter with us and take it on the ferry to Block Island! We do not offer deliveries to Block Island, though.

Any of our scooters will work out great for traversing the sidewalks and streets of downtown Providence. For ultimately comfort, we recommend a 4-wheel scooter over a 3-wheel.

You can certainly rent a scooter with us and take it to Cape Cod! We do not offer deliveries to Cape Cod, though.

Many of our mobility scooters, especially the travel/portable models, are designed to be easily disassembled or folded for transport in a standard car trunk, making them convenient for trips and outings.

We offer a variety of accessories and add-ons for our mobility scooters, including baskets mirrors and more, to enhance your rental experience and meet your specific needs. Additional fees apply.

If you only need a scooter for a couple months, renting is probably the best option not only because it is affordable, but because you won't have a device that you no longer need in the end. 

The short answer is, NONE. Leave the assembly to us.

We rent throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut and typically deliver within 20 miles of our North Kingstown location. We may also be able to deliver to locations more than 20 miles away for an additional fee. Our team will ensure that everything is set up properly and that you're comfortable using the equipment before they leave. If you need help finding a wheelchair for rent in another state, we may be able to help find a local dealer for you.
