We charge a low, competitive rate of $75/hour plus the cost of whichever part is needed for the repair. Most of our used parts are provided to our customers at a 50% reduced cost on average!

In general, all repairs should be complete within 1 week. For emergency repairs, we can make exceptions to do same-day service depending on the complexity of the repair.

Yes! We offer home service for most repairs, but for fastest service we recommend bringing your device to our store if you are able.

The only devices we have trouble repairing are off-brand models purchased from Amazon; these are usually made in China using low-quality materials and often don't have any type of technical documentation or parts lists, so there is a high chance that we will not be able to get the replacement parts needed for a repair.

If you purchased a device from Amazon and it has broken down, we are happy to help you find a suitable alternative from our inventory of certified pre-owned products made by trusted manufacturers. We have many different price points and payment options available to help you achieve mobility on a budget!

We have patient lifts available for you to rent while we complete your repair.

We offer repairs on mobility devices and medical equipment to local customers in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. (Travel fees may apply for in-home and delivery services)
